The role requires court appearances, motion practice writing, transactional, and corporate real estate work, along with heavy client interaction.

Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, with a focus on landlord-tenant disputes.
• Handle court appearances and motion practice writing.
• Perform transactional and corporate real estate work as needed.
• Interact extensively with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate litigation, particularly landlord-tenant law.
• Familiarity with co-op/condo law is preferred.
• Proficiency in court appearances and motion practice writing.
• Strong understanding of transactional and corporate real estate matters.
• Excellent client interaction skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
