Intellectual Property Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate responsibilities include to the following: Composes routine and complex reporting correspondence; Maintains internal docket for each attorney; Electronically files all documents into the appropriate folder; Performs all administrative duties such as coordinating the monthly processing of bills. Identifies and researches issues with documentation that may be inaccurate. Performs patent and trademark internet research. Performs e-filing with Patent and Trademark Office. Responds to phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Develops and maintains smooth working relationships with staff, attorneys and clients. The successful candidate will be able to handle day-to-day work challenges and adjust to multiple demands, priorities and rapid change. This position requires 5 years of legal administrative assistant experience preferably in IP. Proven advanced knowledge of Office 2010 to include Word, Outlook and intermediate Excel knowledge.
