Houston office of our client seeks energy regulatory attorney with 2-3 years of transactional/litigation experience. The candidate will be prosecuting administrative litigation and regulatory approvals for natural gas and liquid pipeline clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; negotiation of agreements for the use of oil and gas infrastructure, such as transportation, gathering, and processing agreements and related marketing agreements; and regulatory compliance counseling and regulatory support for mergers and acquisitions. Should preferably have experience with administrative litigation and counseling clients before federal agencies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
