" Law Firm with Hard Workers"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

The law office should work on rewarding their employees and staff with a higher wage. The management team needs training on being more communicative and appreciating their staff and employees.

Pros : The law firm is composed of a group of staff and employees which are very hard working. The firm does a great job in offering a wage that is a little more than other firms.
Cons : The law firm management team does not pay attention to the level of work which staff and employees perform. The staff and employees are under-appreciated. Communication is not something that is used at this office.
