Litigation Paralegal Drafting legal documents, such as discovery, motions, stipulations, subpoenas, notices and post judgment papers. Qualification and Experience
Requirements: College degree or paralegal diploma/certificate. 5+ years of experience to focus on all areas of general litigation, including commercial litigation. 5+ years of paralegal experience. Trial experience. Document management experience; experience with ViewPoint a plus. Knowledge and experience with e-Discovery and subpoenas. Working knowledge of e-filing in both state and federal court. Should exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environment. Strong technical and database skills and be very proficient in Excel (including data analysis and manipulation using formulas and filters.
