Senior Manager, International Tax, Private Equity and Investment Management
Duties: The candidate will be assisting clients with their implementation of specific international tax structures and processes. Performing high-level reviews of tax research, partnership work papers, allocations, and tax filings. Preparing and leading client meetings on compliance and advisory projects related to tax planning opportunities, and the tax implications of various transactions to the organization. Training, mentoring and supervising new and experienced Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors. Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations. Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team. Supervising Managers, Senior and Tax Consultants.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field. Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA or Licensed attorney or Enrolled Agent. Should have 8+ years of experience providing tax planning and/or compliance services, preferably with a focus on partnerships, funds, and/or international taxation. Note that a background in international tax is not required for this role. Previous Big 4 experience preferred. Experience participating in strategic planning initiatives. Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment. Strong research and verbal and written communication skills. Strong executive presence.
