ProfileImmigration Specialist The candidate will facilitate and manage U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa process for itelligence foreign national employees and global immigration visa process for all itelligence employees. Investigate case facts, immigration history, and gather information and documents in order to draft immigration-related filings. Flag and analyze any associated legal issues. Draft legal documents related to U.S. and global immigration filings, such as Invitation Letters, Business Support Letters, Labor Condition Applications, Nonimmigrant Visa Petitions, Labor Certification Applications, and Immigrant Petitions. Draft and maintain U.S. Department of Labor LCA Public Access Files, PERM Labor Certification Audit Files, and other compliance files. Identify, analyze and determine actions necessary to resolve legal, timing, and/or business issues that arise during the course of immigration cases. Establish and maintain systems to track expiration dates and other legal deadlines. Conduct periodic reviews of all immigration processes, determine any outages, and revise per new rules and/or to increase efficiency. Identify areas for internal process improvement and drive continued improvements. Provide timely and accurate information to foreign national employees and managers related to foreign nationals’ immigration status. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees related to U.S. and global immigration cases and compliance. Consider all aspects of complex immigration law and potential ramifications in order to communicate appropriate employment requirements and restrictions. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Should have 5-10 years of employment-based immigration legal experience in a paralegal or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is needed. Excellent writing and communication skills is must.
