Paralegal Duties: Assist Attorneys with research, drafting documents, review analyze discovery, preparation of audits, assessment of medical records and court related filings. Draft memos and review defense invoices for coverage matters. Indexing discovery documents Drafting of privilege logs. Handle all discoveries, including: Request for Production, Interrogatories, and Request for Admissions. Draft pleadings such as: Motion to Strike, Motion for Continuances, Proposed Orders, etc. Trial preparations. Draft all correspondence to borrowers, Clerks, Judges, Clients, etc. Prepare mediation and arbitration binders with exhibits etc. Preparation of re-insurance audits. Coverage status reporting spreadsheets (review/revise). Electronic Case Filings-Federal and State Courts. Preparations of motions exhibits/supporting papers.

Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree preferred. Paralegal certificate. 3-5 years of strong litigation work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles. The ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy. The ability to perform legal research. Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Open to change and willing to learn new skills. Ability to follow up on pending issues and see to the end. Ability to meet deadlines.
