Health Care Transactional & Corporate Attorney
The candidate will represent sophisticated corporate clients operating in the health care industry in a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters and will support and enhance a robust health care practice that operates across the firm’s platform. The attorney may have the opportunity over time to assume a leadership role in the group and to serve as a successor to a large health care client base and book of business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including corporate and M&A transactional work with at least some exposure to clients in the health care industry. Strong demonstrated relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills are required. A portable and growing book of business, although not a requirement, will be favorably regarded.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing has the most listings of any job board I have used. It's actually a great site. The website had a lot of detail. It’s nice that you don't have to go through a recruiter if you don't want to. You can actually contact the law firm directly for the positions listed. LawCrossing had a ton of great features.
