A law firm in Blue Bell, PA, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney who is a self-motivated, independent thinker with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate will have experience with general liability matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle cases, class action litigation, and insurance coverage. Trial experience is required. A JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania are mandatory.

Duties:

• Handle general liability cases, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, class action litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage case files, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, including presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and handling trials.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute case strategies.
• Maintain thorough and organized case files and adhere to deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in laws affecting general liability.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admission and active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, specifically in general liability matters.
• Trial experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills:
