The candidate should have two years’ experience in General Liability practice handling civil litigation matters and specifically the defense of Environmental, Bodily Injury, Premises Liability, Products, and Transportation claims. Candidates must have credentials from an ABA approved Law School, be actively licensed by the California State Bar, and have excellent writing skills. Candidates must have the ability to handle cases independently and have experience in taking depositions of experts and other parties, writing and arguing motions. Duties include, but are not limited to, independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, court appearances, and working closely with other attorneys and partners.
