Employment Litigation Associate
The candidate's duties include all aspects of corporate labor and employment legal representation, but are not limited to, developing creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for client problems, litigation and trial work, and resolving governmental and workplace investigations. A Juris Doctor is required. Must possess 3+ years of litigation experience. Employment litigation experience is preferred. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Alabama. Should have excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment. Outstanding academic record is preferred.
