Hunt Valley office of our client seeks an entry-to-mid-level associate attorney with 0-5 years of experience practicing in the area of real estate, foreclosure, and/or creditors? rights law. The candidate will assist in a detailed review of documentation related to VA foreclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal law. Will communicate with clients and courts in a timely and professional manner. Attend court status hearings, mediations, and litigation. Manage a portfolio of title curative and litigation matters related to VA foreclosures and other default-related issues. Prioritize and manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients? timelines and expectations. Day-to-day handling of the Virginia foreclosure pre-sale, post-sale, and accounting processes. Bar in Virginia required; additional Maryland licensure a plus. Virginia Law License required.
