Attorney The candidate advises staff on legal matters, including the interpretation and application of agency regulations, and state and federal laws; researches state and federal laws and regulations; drafts legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing; researches, analyzes, and drafts administrative rules, orders, pleadings, and other documents; assists the Attorney General's office in preparing cases for litigation; and performs other duties as assigned.
