Legal Assistant The candidate responsibilities will include: Assist with all aspects of trial prep; Assist with file organization/doc management; Format correspondence and pleadings; Schedule meetings, hearings and depositions. Must have previous experience working in a civil litigation defense firm. Excellent understanding of California civil litigation and state and federal deadlines/rules is required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is must. Experience in the regular administrative tasks: docketing, filings in State and Federal Courts, scheduling depositions, hearings, conference calls is essential.
