Qualification and Experience

Qualifications
The candidate must have Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active Bar membership from any of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands. GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4-point scale is required.
