  • Conduct due diligence and provide legal analysis related to real estate transactions.
  • Manage and oversee real estate transactions from inception through closing.
  • Advise clients on legal issues and potential risks associated with real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to develop strategies and solutions.
  • Stay current with legal developments and trends in real estate law.
  • Provide support on hotel, resort, and development projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactional law, preferably from a large law firm.
  • Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.
  • Experience with hotel and resort and development projects is a significant plus.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to excellence in legal practice.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the United States.
