A law firm based in Miami, FL, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing, with a preference for those who have worked on hotel, resort, or development projects. The candidate should possess vital research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements and documents.
• Conduct due diligence and provide legal analysis related to real estate transactions.
• Manage and oversee real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Advise clients on legal issues and potential risks associated with real estate projects.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to develop strategies and solutions.
• Stay current with legal developments and trends in real estate law.
• Provide support on hotel, resort, and development projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactional law, preferably from a large law firm.
• Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing.
• Experience with hotel and resort and development projects is a significant plus.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to excellence in legal practice.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the United States.
