Be more lenient with the staff, as we are people and don't need to be treated like children to get work done. We are adults. If we spill a drink we will clean it. A little non work related conversation can go a long way for morale and our sanity.Pros : The staff provides free bagels every Wednesday and a free lunch once a month. Pay is good and benefits are fair. All the offices work very well together.
