Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include: Prepare legal document and correspondence; Docketing and tracking of client matters; Organize meetings and schedule depositions; Draft complaints, prepare discovery requests and responses; Maintain calendar and case calendar for attorneys and ensure commitments and responsibilities are being met; Online legal research; Oversee all phases of discovery, trial and post-trial procedures. Must have 4 years of meaningful experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm. Should have prior plaintiff side medical malpractice or personal injury litigation experience. Strong document drafting skills and knowledge of working with medical records is needed. Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Internet, and other web-based applications is must.
