Associate Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for: Managing full case load from case inception to post-trial. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents. Preparing reports to insurance carriers regarding case status. Ability to prioritize work load based on deadlines. Ability to meet billing requirements. Should have 2-5 years of experience working in a defense law firm. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ProLaw a plus. Must be Member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar.
