ProfileLegal Assistant The candidate job responsibilities include to, the following: Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative assistance to an attorney or group of attorneys and other timekeepers. Prepare, edit, and review documents/presentations/correspondence/spreadsheets. Maintain files and calendars for several individuals. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Exercise independent judgment in determining priority levels of all work assigned and assure high priority items are completed in a timely manner. Interact with clients as needed. should have High school diploma or equivalent educational training. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or other professional service firm. IT knowledge or familiarity is a plus.
