Los Angeles office of our client seeks a junior or mid-level licensing and strategic partnering associate attorney with 2-5 years of preferably in technology transactions and/or life science transactions. The candidate will collaborate with colleagues across offices, handle several matters with various clients concurrently, and have client contact early in their career. Will support clients based throughout Southern California. A strong candidate with experience in corporate, patent litigation or prosecution and looking to transition to a transactional licensing and commercial practice. A candidate with experience in IP litigation, prosecution, or corporate will be considered. Previous large law firm experience is required. Must be admitted to practice with the State Bar of California.Company info
