Review:

"Solid Firm"

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Changing staff amongst the Senior attorneys would allow for more growth in knowledge and make up for the lack of advancement available.

Pros : This firm stands out for the fact that the Senior attorney like to give the new hires solid cases to work on. This shows a level of trust that is rare today.
Cons : Advancing in this firm is rare. The Senior associates like to make never-ending promises to keep their staff working on their cases.
