The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Intellectual Property and complex litigation. Duties:
- Manage and work on complex Intellectual Property litigation matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to IP litigation.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and attend court proceedings.
- Provide detailed legal research and analysis in the area of Intellectual Property law.
- Assist in managing client relationships and provide timely updates on case progress.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Intellectual Property and complex litigation, preferably in a major or regional law firm.
- Engineering, technical, or science background preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid academic credentials and demonstrated legal expertise in Intellectual Property litigation.
Education & Certifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
Skills:
- Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities.
- Experience in Intellectual Property law, including patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation.
- Ability to manage complex litigation cases and client interactions effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Benefits:
