ProfileContract Administration Manager The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, preparing, processing and tracking contracts and amendments for funders and subcontractors. Serve as the primary administrator for the contract management system. Execute, track, and report on firm’s public and federal grant portfolio in contracts database. Working with Program Management and Finance, ensure accurate Statements of Work, budgets and contract provisions are integrated into contracts, amendments and change notifications. Serve as an expert on grant compliance and interpretation of OMB Circulars and applicable government regulations to ensure contracts are accurate and complete. Develop and maintain all contracts, grant agreements and MOUs to subcontractors pertaining to grant awards, in collaboration with program and fiscal management. Ensure accurate Statements of Work, Budgets and contract provisions are integrated into contracts, amendments and change notifications. Receive and file any documentation needed to verify subcontractor obligations stipulated in contracts and amendments, including but not limited to, certificates of insurance, cost allocation plans, etc. Assist in the identification of any contractual risk to the firm and work with the team to mitigate any liability. Work with Program Management and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, policies and procedures and provide any necessary technical assistance. Work with Program Management to negotiate, discuss or consult with subcontractors on specific contractual issues that may initiate changes to existing contracts. Provide on-going training to program staff as it relates to contract administration and organizational policies. Represent at meetings, workshops and conferences in the community as requested. Assist the organization and administrative departments as requested. Master’s degree in related field preferred, with 3+ years of related job function or non- profit industry experience such as contract development, grants administration and/or compliance (government grant experience required; federal grant experience). Paralegal certificate and/or 2-4 year degree specializing in paralegal studies desired. Or BA degree in related field required, with 5+ years of related job function or non-profit industry experience such contract development, grants administration and/or compliance (government grant experience required; federal grant experience). Paralegal certificate and/or 2-4 year degree specializing in paralegal studies desired. Should have experience with federal OMB (Office of Management and Budget) circulars.
