Knowledge Management Analyst-Technology Duties: Work closely with KM team, project stakeholders, and technical team members in support of project completion. Support internal and external facing technology. Provide day-to-day support for both internal and external users of the firmâ€™s client extranet and assist with resolving vendor and technical issues. Assist with project intake and consultation coordination. Assist with document assembly project organization and template preparation, including coding templates for use with software. Assist with machine learning project organization and implementation. Assist with content management, which may include updating the firm intranet, databases and document repositories. Promote firm-wide use of KM technology and processes. Assist with legal technology research.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree and 3 yearsâ€™ experience in legal support or equivalent is required. Successful track record in client service and supporting practice teams. Experience working in a law firm in a KM role or as a practicing lawyer, paralegal or other direct legal support strongly preferred. Knowledge of legal concepts related to the business of the firm and the legal industry. Knowledge of current legal technology trends and industry demands. Familiarity with extranets, intranets, cloud-based collaboration platform, databases, document assembly capabilities, basic HTML. Proficiency with managing spreadsheets, database software and/or business systems. Ability to quickly master new technologies and become go-to problem solver. Passion for continuous improvement and learning. Excellent communication and client-service skills.
