Burlington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate/securities associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will provide hands-on corporate and private and public securities law expertise, including negotiating and closing venture capital and private equity financings, ?33 Act and ?34 Act filings, structuring mergers, acquisitions, and other sophisticated corporate transactions and providing counseling on a wide range of corporate issues. Will also lead commercial contract negotiation and drafting. Advise clients and their financial and accounting advisors on strategic transactions. Experience with private and public capital markets include ?33 Act and ?34 Act preferred. Should have a US Bar membership.
