The candidate should preferably have a significant experience in the practice area of Management Labor and Employment Law for businesses of all stages and sizes in a national or localized practice. Must have a self-sufficient book of portable business (ideally $400,000+) as well as a demonstrated drive and the potential for additional business generation. Well-rounded experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Title VII, ADA, DOL, OWPA, OSHA, Wage and Hour, ERISA, FCRA, FMLA, OFCCP, WARN Act, cannabis-related employment issues, leave issues, business planning, policy drafting, workers' compensation, immigration, regulatory compliance, auditing, traditional labor, and litigation, and advice in these areas is a plus, however, specialists in separate areas of labor and employment law are also welcome. The ability to work as an integral member of the L & E team with either a transactional or litigation focus and engage in cross-selling with other practice areas of the firm is essential. The desire to grow and expand the current client base and legal experience is required.
