Legal Secretary Duties: Will provide professional legal, regulatory and agenda support to the Legal Department. Under the direction and supervision of company's General Counsel, in representing and responding to the needs of the company. General responsibilities include acting as liaison between the legal department and the company's operating units, administrative and other departments, employees, outside counsel, regulatory agency representatives and other individuals and vendors outside of company in accomplishing departmental and specific project goals.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification Requirements: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or an AA degree with legal work experience. A certificate from an ABA approved paralegal training program OR equivalent education or experience of 3+ years. Must have 3+ years of paralegal or legal secretarial experience in hospital setting with contract and litigation experience. Knowledge of healthcare, collections, government programs, and insurance law a plus.
