Contract Administrator / Paralegal The candidate will drafts simple form documents, including amendments and addenda. Serves as the central point of contact for internal employees regarding contractual activities from inception to completion, including customer, vendor and other service provider contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents. Organizes and maintains legal files consistent with standard legal file set-up practices. Conducts legal research on a variety of topics to include contract administration and compliance. Maintains a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Protects company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management. Ownership of the contract database.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree. Should have 5+ years in a corporate legal department or law firm. Experience with contract management databases. Experience with ancillary software tools (i.e. DocuSign). Proven track record and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Must be a team player with a sense of urgency and sharp attention to detail. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while effectively managing expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build collaborative relationships. Must be able to thrive in an ambiguous, agile environment.
