Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Personal Injury The candidate will open new files and keep filing current. Will field and handle phone calls from clients. Request medical records, police report, and other documents as needed. Draft documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and motions. Communicate with clients and keeping them up to date on their case. Assist with Administrative Assistant tasks in supporting attorneys.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma and/or GED. Completion of an Accredited Paralegal program and/or certificate preferred. Associate and/or Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers Compensations is a plus. Experience with Case Management Software is a plus, preferably Needles. Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
