Short Hills office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a venture technology associate attorney with 4-6 years or more of legal experience with a focus on corporate securities area. The candidate will be managing client relationships. Drafting filings under Federal Securities laws. Participating in public and private offerings of securities. Drafting agreements and helping to lead the coordination and execution of successful transactions. Supporting the practice by performing research and writing as needed. Experience drafting key legal documents for corporate and securities matters is required. Experience interacting with regulatory authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, stock exchange, etc., is required. Securities transactional experience and reporting and compliance experience are preferred. Experience in public and private offerings (including private placements and Regulatory S offerings) is preferred. Should be licensed to practice law in the State of New York or the State of New Jersey, as applicable, and be in good standing.
