"Management Needs Restructuring"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

Get someone that knows what they are doing in management. You can't expect to run an efficient business when your chain of command doesn't know what they are doing.

Pros : The people that work here are great, there's no doubt about that. I enjoyed everyone that I had the chance to interact with while working at this firm.
Cons : There's no clear management and the people that are working in management are truly inept. It's hard working under someone when you know more about the business than they do.
