Compensation Specialist
The candidate assist with management of the KEL (Key Employee & Leader) process throughout the year for all US companies. Become an expert on all KEL policies, procedures, and documents. Provide support for the KEL process training and onboarding of new firm Leaders. Communicate effectively with employees and Leaders across the entire organization. Work closely with the payroll and HRIS teams on all compensation related issues and topics. Provide salary survey data to leaders across the US when requested. Assist in the coordination, tracking, and management of programs such as stock option awarding and bonus payments. Ensure compliance with State and Federal agencies in areas related to employee compensation. Create and/or run reports and audits periodically in order to ensure compliance with FLSA and other Federal and State regulations. Display high level of organization and ability to meet and enforce required deadlines. Assist with tasks related to M&A activity. Coordinate with Recruiting team to ensure that all required documents are completed on time and accurately related to Executive level employee actions. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all areas and responsibilities. Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner. Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth running of the HR department. Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate. Demonstrate and promote the company vision.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, Paralegal, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (2 years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to 1 full-time year of college in related major). 1 year of direct HR or legal experience is necessary. Advance Excel skills are preferred. Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills are muist. Experience with Lawson or other large HR systems is beneficial. Strong MS Office experience (specifically Excel and Access) is a plus.
