Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate will provide support to attorneys. General responsibilities of this position include: organization, review and analysis of documents, correspondence, and other records; docketing and calendaring deadlines and other pertinent dates; assist in the drafting of correspondence; interact verbally or in written communications with clients and coworkers; and diligently and ethically record billable and non-billable time. Should preferably have experience from a law firm or legal department. College graduate with a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal degree will be considered. Required skills include solid knowledge of the MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook and Excel), familiarity with document management systems and time entry programs.
