A law firm seeks a Trust and Estate Planning Associate to join their prestigious practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Duties

• Provide comprehensive estate planning and trust services for individuals, families, and business clients.
• Advise clients on tax-related matters, including wealth management, gifting strategies, and tax compliance.
• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
• Assist clients with the establishment and management of trusts, including charitable and family trusts.
• Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm to provide multidisciplinary legal counsel.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in estate law and tax regulations, ensuring clients receive the most current advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and a service-oriented approach.
• Support business clients with estate planning strategies related to succession planning and asset protection.

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on tax and trust law.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Excellent academic background and a strong foundation in estate planning and tax law.

Education

• . from an accredited law school.
• . in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred but not required).

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility to obtain Florida Bar membership.

Skills
