Eden Prairie office of our client seeks HR and employment attorney with 3+ years of law firm experience. The candidate will be working on both advising and litigation matters. Will be working with commercial clients on employee handbooks and policies, employment training and advising on hiring, leaves of absence, disciplinary and termination matters. Litigation assignments would include working on employment disputes, restrictive covenants, including non-compete and non-solicitation restrictions, trade secret issues and confidentiality restrictions. Working on discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, breach of contract, compensation matters and violation of federal and state employment regulations.
