Legal and Compliance Coordinator, Paralegal Responsibilities: Coordinate and organize various legal, compliance, and risk management/mitigation projects and manage documents. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, develop agendas, take and distribute detailed meeting minutes for various committee meetings, such as Corporate, medical, and promotional materials review. Maintain databases and document retention systems, generate and monitor various reports from multiple systems (for example: Veeva materials review, contract management system, grant management, policy management platform, learning management system). Provide preliminary review of grants and other requests to categorize according to pre-set criteria. Review documents such as requests for proposal, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and certain other agreements in conjunction with a Company lawyer (dependent upon the complexity of the agreement). Collaborate and manage projects across functional areas and international geographies . Perform other duties as assigned / necessary.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in related field or paralegal qualification preferred (or equivalent experience) and 1-2 years of experience Life Sciences industry in a legal and/or compliance role optimal. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Must have thorough working knowledge of computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, Sharepoint, document management systems, electronic mail, and other database programs. Effective planning, problem solving and analytical skills. Show ingenuity, good judgment and administrative skills. Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work with others. Self-motivated requiring limited supervision and a desire to learn. Must demonstrate a professional and collaborative demeanor with the ability to work with all levels of management. Must be flexible and capable of prioritizing work and managing multiple demands and tight deadlines.
