"Good Benefits and Pay"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Positive feedback is just as important as constructive criticism. Taking time to thank your employees will only help the firm succeed.

Pros : I'm pretty happy with my pay and benefits package. The health insurance is affordable and there are some good perks. Monthly celebrations and family events are also pretty common.
Cons : The leadership team doesn't seem to appreciate associates efforts as much as many people would like. They are quick to judge when things don't go as planned, but slow to congratulate a job well done.
