Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate must have School district experience (a plus) with Admission to the California State Bar; strong academic credentials, excellent writing, research, and communication skills are required. Must have 5 years of experience in Labor, employment, and personnel; labor negotiations, including effectively negotiating collective bargaining agreements; develop bargaining plans and strategies; and drafting MOUs; the Educational Employment Relations Act or similar labor relations statute; Management-side labor relations. Should have knowledge of flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities; client training, and public speaking.
