Pre-Litigation Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish) Duties: Requesting all pre-litigation documents: police reports, medical records, bills, insurance information, etc. Commitment to providing smart, friendly, quality service to our clients. Regular & timely communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. Preparing demands and closing statements.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: 1+ years of office experience. Bi-lingual: (English/Spanish) required. Must be highly organized, able to maintain files with updated and accurate information, manage a wide variety of concurrent tasks, meet deadlines and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse array of people, including clients, attorneys, and vendors. Should bring a positive attitude, be a motivated self-starter, be productive and engaged, and must be 100% committed to providing top-notch service to clients. Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented. Able to work at a fast pace on a heavy case volume.
