Duties:

  • Draft and review franchise agreements, franchise disclosure documents, and other regulatory filings.
  • Guide intricate business transactions within the franchise and distribution sectors.
  • Advise clients on compliance with . franchising laws, covering both domestic and international matters.

Requirements:
