Qualification and Experience Experience with all stages of litigation, including use of current e-discovery database tools; experience working at trial or arbitration proceedings a plus. Demonstrate ability to manage and coordinate complex motion practice filings from confirming court rules and requirements, to coordinating tasks among counsel and co-counsel, to cite and fact checking, to filing and service of final product. Experience with current federal and state e-filing practices. Proficient with Microsoft Office software products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Proficient with cite-checking and Bluebook rules. Excellent research and writing skills. Ability to communicate (both oral and written) in an appropriate and professional manner. Excellent organizational skills. Accountability over work product and strong attention to detail. Demonstrate ability to independently manage multiple tasks. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under deadlines and the pressure of complex litigation environment. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments. Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor. Demonstrate ability to work well as part of a team. BS/BA from an accredited college or university highly preferred. Paralegal certificate preferred.
