Business Immigration Attorney Candidate will be responsible for his/her own caseload, and will work collaboratively with partners and other associate attorneys, on a wide range of cases including family and employment-based immigration. Will prepare non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions (both employment-based and family-based) applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization and labor certification.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Admission in a State Bar. A licensed attorney with 5 years of Business Immigration experience. Experience in business immigration law (five years or more strongly preferred). Strong analytical and legal research writing skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability and interest in taking on complex and difficult immigration cases. Interest in fast-paced, energetic, collaborative work environment.
