Estate Administration Paralegal The candidate must have experience with tax return preparation including individual income tax, fiduciary income tax, estate tax, inheritance tax and gift tax. Must be personable and will possess excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in estates and trusts paralegal work. Excellent communication and organization skills. Solid understanding of Pennsylvania estate and trust law. Knowledge of Probate Process and Probate Code. Knowledge of basic Orphanâ€™s Court rules and procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with estate and trust administration software (Lackner knowledge is a plus). Experience with tax preparation software.
