Specialist Real Estate Development The candidate provides assistance and support to all new, existing and disposition Company Owned Offices (COO) by gathering, maintaining, and organizing information, and preparing documents. Assists in developing and maintaining best practices for processing lease documents for new, existing or disposition leases in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains an efficient system for tracking lease documents and critical dates for new, existing and disposition leases. Works as a part of the collaborative Development Team. Prepares, distributes, follows up and tracks real estate documents. Prepares Power Point presentations. Schedules meetings and travel for Senior Leadership. Processes and audits Rent Statements. Abstracts documents into the Essential Retail Information System -Lease Administration Database.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a High School Diploma. A Bachelorâ€™s Degree preferred. Real Estate Paralegal Certificate preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience working in a real estate law firm or real estate department. Should have 3+ years of experience in lease auditing, abstracting leases, tracking critical dates. Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook needed. Strong customer service skills essential. Experience with Essentials Retail Information System and/or Oracle software a plus.
