Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist litigation teams in a fast-paced environment with discovery, trial, and case general management aspects of large, document-intensive client files, specifically in the areas of General Business Litigation. Develop file/document maintenance and management systems to facilitate large document holdings and provide ease of information retrieval. Supervise paralegals, project clerks and temporary employees. Coordinate and facilitate trial preparation, including preparation of exhibits, exhibit lists, witness lists, demonstrative evidence, presentation of witnesses and courtroom logistics. Must have Four year B.A. or B.S. degree. Paralegal certificate from an educational institution offering ABA-approved paralegal program. Should have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
