Job Overview: A law firm specializing in bankruptcy and foreclosure law is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to join their team in Moorestown, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and creditors in these areas and must demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Job Duties:

• Represent lenders and creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.
• Manage many cases involving frequent communication with clients, courts, and adversaries.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare and review documents related to bankruptcy filings, foreclosure actions, and creditor rights.
• Attend hearings, trials, and mediations as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Experience in bankruptcy and foreclosure law, preferably representing lenders and creditors.
• Strong understanding of federal and state laws related to bankruptcy and foreclosure.
• Proven ability to manage a high caseload efficiently and effectively.
