Vienna office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment law attorney with 3+ years relevant experience in Labor and Employment Law. The candidate will draft employment contracts, policies, handbooks and separation agreements. Counsel clients proactively on compliance with employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and related state and local laws. Employment litigation, including drafting, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and trials. Extensive client communication. Must be admitted to the VA Bar. MD and/or DC Bar admission is a plus. Management Side Employment Law experience preferred. Corporate law experience is a plus.
