A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation, particularly in Massachusetts state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding research capabilities, adeptness in drafting pleadings and motions, proficiency in conducting written discovery, experience in managing large-scale document reviews, and expertise in taking and defending depositions. Trial experience is preferred for this role. The candidate must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to complex business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Manage large-scale document reviews, including document production and review platforms.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Attend court conferences, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Experience in complex business litigation in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Strong oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
