Supply Chain Management – Solution Manager (Contract Management) – USDC Responsibilities: Lead teams on requirements gathering, summarization and contract configuration leveraging a deep understanding of contract management workflow. Mentor and provide direction/coaching to subordinate teams on contract management methodologies and training. Act as subject matter expert on the consultation of client business contract documents such as: request for proposals, master service agreements, statements of work, etc.. Lead in the consultation of clients on US business contract documents including request for proposals, master service agreements, statements of work, etc.. Responsible for leading teams on delivery of contract project work including (but not limited to):. Customer contract review and maintenance. Contract workflows. Reporting and analytics. Manage teams on the creation of benchmark contract terms and the execution of solutions to improve contracts. Manage Deloitte contract management resources to identify and coordinate multiple contract solutions to standardize and ensure contracts are in compliance and optimized. Manage teams on the maintenance of contract library and enforce processes to ensure contracts are optimized, in compliance and monitored. Oversee contract teams on the development, creation and management of all analytical reports as it pertains to all types of contracts . Act as subject matter expert on contract document creation for new use cases in preparation for client demos.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: BS or BA degree in Business, Sourcing & Procurement, Criminal Justice or related commercial fields. 10+ years’ of experience creating and maintaining contracts on a variety of subject matters. Manage teams in the configuration, testing and document contract changes. Responsible for contract management teams drafting and executing contracts such as: SOW’s, Amendments, Change Orders, etc… Personally draft and execute contract management process for highly complex and/or sensitive contract documents. Point of contact for client legal stakeholders, suppliers and Deloitte sourcing team members to support contract term negotiations. Ensure teams are capturing all required documentation and are following the contracting process as agreed to with clients . Ensure contracts are executed and delivered based on agreed SLAs. Manage teams on the creation, development and implementation of contract parameters, type, approval flow, and routing requirements within contract workflow. Coach teams on how to negotiate or draft contractual nuances. Mentor and adhere teams on processes specific to loading and setting up operational contracts via S2C and P2P systems. Guide teams on the creation and implementation of benchmarking contract terms and leadership on implementing solutions for contract improvement. Manage the creation, preparation and dissemination of information to both internal/external client teams on client projects. Manage teams on all areas of reporting as well as enforcing process efficiencies to maintain contract optimization and compliance. Expert knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and PowerPoint a minimum), Adobe PDF, and other related applications. Preferred: M.B.A degree and or JD Degree in law and or related fields. Management experience leading contract teams in aerospace/defense, and/or procurement/contracts administration. Management experience leading teams in the execution of contracts such as NDA’s, SOW’s, MSA’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s are preferred. Advanced knowledge of contract compliance, quality and governance as it pertains to contract management workflows and methodologies. Deep knowledge of legal and contract terminology. Experience with contract lifecycle management solutions such as Apttus or other similar applications .
